1) Meet or exceed the annual budget target for my department in my Western Region by ensuring the effective sales coverage of all the users of all type of equipment in the Region.

2) Produce realistic and timely sales forecasts for to assist
Management in their inventory planning.

3) Meet the annual Sales objectives set by Management.

4) Control those direct costs relating to my department in line with the budget.

5) Conduct professional sales negotiations with prospective buyers especially Key customers and ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects of the business relationship.

6) Ensure that my sales staff receive the necessary training and information to conduct their jobs in a professional manner.

7) Monitor and document all relevant market and competitive activities
