•Provide first-line technical support for software evaluations and/or pilot projects
•Support at external and internal customer facing events
•Create internal software requests and POC implementation plans and monitor the approval process
•Manage customer expectations through effective communication of timely status updates.
•Train support team to provide effective customer communications.
•Prepare software order forms (providing feature code and product information)
•Compare Information Builders product offering at a technical level with competitive products
•Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, connection, printer and software issues reported to the Service Desk
•Maintain daily tape backup and off-site tape storage
