• Apply designs and plans to mark out the site. This may include residential, retail, office or any other projects.• Work as part of the site management team liaising with and working alongside architects, supervisors, and subcontractors, sharing responsibility for site security, health and safety, and the organization and supervision of material and human resource.• Acting as the main technical adviser on the site for subcontractors, crafts people and operatives• Checking plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy of calculations.• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials.• Liaising with any consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;• Liaising with clients and their representatives (architects, engineers and surveyors), including attending regular meetings to keep them informed of progress.• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors• Planning the work and efficiently organizing the site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters on site• Preparing reports as required• Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties and other problems that may arise.

• Conduct inspection of all ongoing activities for electrical installations.
• Conduct inspections for all MEP material deliveries.
• Attend all MEP inspections with consultant/contractor representatives.
• Submit inspection requests in coordination with concerned site/project engineers.
• Prepare daily QA/QC report regarding inspections, material, Non conformances etc.
• Prepare weekly surveillance reports, non-conformance reports and verification of corrective actions
• Check the drawings and documents used at site for approvals and compliance with project requirements.
• Ensure that all works are carried out as per the approved method statements and drawings.
• Ensure that all equipment used are calibrated and with valid certificates.
• Assist / coordinate the preparation of the final handing over documents such as QA/QC documents, testing and commissioning reports etc.
• Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site En-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Report.
• Report to the QA/QC Manager, control, and monitor all activities related to Quality Management System, QMS.
• Responsible for the closure of Non-conformance, NCR and Site Instruction, SI.
• Liaise with the Technical Engineer for submission of material submittals to Consultant.

• Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope and character necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings and specifications for all works under the contract.
• Cary out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensure the activities at the site are as per the approved method statement and inspection test plan.
• Coordinate with the consultant’s representative and Site En-charge for inspection and meeting about quality problems including the closure of Non-Compliance Reports.
• Taking care of QA/QC documents of the entire project including certificates, calibration, test results, MVRs (material verification requests), inspection requests, and responsible for the closure of Non-conformance Reports, NCRs and Site Instructions, SIs.
• Responsible for the quality and workmanship of every activity, thorough knowledge of all phases of engineering construction relating to Civil, Architectural and Structural discipline interfacing the multidisciplinary operations.
• Develop and prepare method statements for the activity including risk assessment, project quality plan and Inspection Test Plan based on the specifications of the project.
• Responsible for conducting third party inspections with the Consultant.
• Responsible for the verification of Testing and Commissioning Reports.
• Snagging and De-snagging activities for Final Handing Over.
• Responsible for all the technical related matters including the RFIs, CVIs, and the preparation/ modifications of the Site Drawings.

• Review project specifications and identify technical constraints and requirements.
• Assist in the preparation of the electrical design from feasibility, outline design and detailed design.
• Undertake on-site inspections and surveys as required for the completion of the project.
• Preparation of drawings within the Design Department, in line with instructions from the Design Engineer, Senior Design Engineer, Principal Engineers or Design Manager.
• Prepare Design data for issue at the request of senior staff e.g. preparation of drawings, schedule, calculation, reports and supporting documents.
• Submit site daily reports, inspection requests, estimates and all applicable monitoring reports on regular basis or as required.
• Ensure that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.

• Responsible for programming PIC using MikroC software.
• Testing, maintaining hardware and modifying existing systems using Mikroelectronika Boards.
• Designing control systems for small control projects.
• Welding and fixing the control circuits for the controllers.
• Provide Consultancy Support and work collaboratively with design engineers and operation engineers.
