Responsible for the entire gamut of HR operations (Dubai & Africa) of the business unit which includes functions like Payroll processing, Employee Induction, corporate compliance, food safety essentials, health & safety, HACCP
Developing HR SOP’s
Being a single point of contact for UNSOA employees and managers in the business unit.
Manages complex and difficult HR Projects cross-functionally
Actively identifies gaps, proposes and implement changes necessary to cover risks
Designs and maintain organization vitality charts as the performance of the business unit improves
Understand the training requirement and creating the training matrix.
Setting up the objectives for employees liaising with the line managers for half yearly performance review
Independently managing the resourcing, budgeting cost per-hire, selection and deployment of resources to remote and local Project location.
Preparing & finalising JD’s for various operational roles
Designs succession plans for key talents and key job positions by conducting employee retention program every quarter or whenever is required for critical roles
Reports: Headcount analysis, attrition analysis, dashboards, recruitment budget.
Developing and updating newsletters in Athena - Intranet
Recruitment:
Preparing JD’s, headhunting process and managing resume databank.
Coordinating and participating as a selection panel member in recruitment process, including selection, appointment process.
Facility Management:
Facilitating accommodation for staff and office amenities.
Purchase activity and managing petty cash.
Training and Development:
Ambassador of SRG.
On-Boarding activities and Induction Training for the new recruits
Have organized and conducted Training session for employees on Project Management, Advance Excel and Office Etiquette.
Employee Relations:
Being a first point of contact to all employees and vendors.
Compensation & Benefits:
Employee confirmation, appraisal, salary revision.
Suggesting the appreciation techniques and rewards for the same.
Administration:
Responsible for Time and Attendance Management for the entire organization, also responsible for analysis of the Attendance and reporting to the top management
Leave and employee database management. And generating various reports.
Travel, stay and event management.
HR Systems:
Developing various HR Tools leveraging the available technology
Responsible for implementing and maintaining a Document Control system.
Developing Organisational charts and updating it regularly.
Keen interest in new technology which can drive HR process smoothly
Key Team member in the implementation of Olive ERP, and Excellent hands on experience in operations
Labour Relations:
Coordination with PRO’s for visa processing.
Keeping a track on the visa, Labour card and EID renewals.
Policies & Procedures:
Designing, Maintaining and managing guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures.
General Activity:
Piloting Employee Engagement activities and Employee satisfaction survey.
Responsible for Employee separations activities such as Conducting exit interviews and other formalities. Analysis of Exit Interviews and Questionnaires and reporting to the top management.
Key Achievements:
Responsible for Event Management, successfully Organized Boot Camps and Annual General Meetings (AGM’s) in Sharjah, Dubai, Oman and Qatar. Received recognition and appreciation from the CEO for the grand success of the events.
Successful implementation of fixed benefits scheme.
Successful implementation of Leave, loan, reward policies and referral policy.
Developed an Employee handbook with the assistance of the Team members and inputs from Head HR
To ensure high quality (HR) procedures were in place, which is in line with the Indian legislative and Company policy governing recruitment and selection.
Building on existing systems to create HR tools including job descriptions, competency profiles, Performance Management Systems, KPI’s & Scorecards to improve efficiency and develop uniformity within the employee population.
Collecting and analysing various recruitment & budgetary data; preparing scheduled and special reports pertaining to budget & recruitment schemas;
Maintaining various administration program & recruitment project records and statistical information relating to the same

compensation, location/relocation information, work authorization status, Notice Period,
availability for the interview, etc)
Coordination with Operations to schedule Interviews for short-listed candidates
Coordination and Follow-up with the Candidates to avoid No-Show for Interviews
Scheduling the interviews and organizing Walk-in drives
Logistics arrangement for interview, Issuing Offer Letters, Salary Negotiation
Handling post recruitment On-Boarding activities and providing Induction for the New Hires
Develop a pool of qualified candidates
