A. Contracts, Dispute Resolution
• Contract Closure, Dispute Resolution (Led & resolved Arbitration cases worth over INR 150 Million)
• Preparation of case (extra/counter claims, delay analysis) & represented RIL in arbitral proceedings
• Review and Analysis of contracts, tender documents and project correspondence (client, vendors)
• Co-ordination and Negotiation with advocates, arbitrators, claimants, etc.

B. Project Management, Procurement
• Package Engineer (Key Responsibility) for projects/packages worth over INR 11, 000 Million
• Bid Process Management (preparation of tender documents, conduct pre-bid meetings, tender evaluation)
• Planning, monitoring, executing and closing different projects/engagements
• Co-ordination with consultancy firms, vendors/contractors, cross functional teams, site personnel, etc.

C. Engineering
• Options Analysis (Technical & Financial Feasibility) for Coal & Cargo Logistics, Water Intake/Reservoir, etc.
• Preparation & review of Detailed Project Reports, design, drawings, quantity & cost estimates, technical specifications, etc.
• Led Topographical Surveys including preparation of daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
