Contract Management
-Conduct review, analysis, amendment & negotiation of contract terms.

- Plan and acquire raw materials and spare parts.

-Strategise inventory adjustments and reduce production shortages.
Operation & Maintanence Management
-Co-ordinate people, product and equipment to ensure a safe, consistent, profitable and smooth running shift.
-Manage training, scheduling, planned maintainance & shut down activities.
-Continuous monitoring of plant status and processes through SCADA system.
-Collect and tabulate utilisation and generate MIS reports.
Design Review
-Design review and finalization of offered products to client.
-Approval of spool drawings and isometrics.
-Resolve technical queries from client in reference to design changes.
-Address and resolving client requirements for Stress & Surge Analysis.
Monitoring and managing of telecom accounts (fixed line, mobile, internet and associated products and services) of customers.
Sourcing the best solution for their communication requirements. Gauging service availability through remote testing software.

Lead generation- cold calling doctors, hospitals and other areas of possible customer interaction and fixing appointments to built rapport and built up an agreement to carry out lead generation activities.
Business development- Generate revenue out of the leads by educating the customer about the service through power point presentations and catering to customers’ needs and queries. Specific applications of the services for diseases were supported with scientific research papers through literature surveys and specialised opinion from doctors.
Client management- Help the client sign up for the service and provide excellent customer service by following up with them until the delivery of the baby and arrange for the logistics, following the birth, for the sample. Post sales- arrange for sample retrieval, in case of medical emergency that needs its application. By providing top customer service I was able to generate referrals through existing customers.
