I am working in SAMREF as Senior process engineer for the upcoming SHARP project (Chevron license Resid upgradation unit).
Along with the SHARP project, i am also responsible for all the process activities in the different Synergy projects currently under pursue. Theses synergy projects are to identify and share different feed/product streams within different refineries/petrochemical units in Yanbu industrial region to improve the overall gross margins.
Worked as senior Consultant and was responsible for providing technical support and site assistance for the Refinery profit improvement programs (RPIP) for the refinery to improve GRM.
I was also responsible for implementing and sustaining the improvements in the different operating units (AVU, DHDT, CCR, HCU, FCC etc) as per agreed PIP by optimizing operations and energy conservation methodology, conducting test runs and issuing reports.
Work as a Technologist - Hydrocracking, responsible for reviewing the ITB/ tender documents for Hydrocracking/ Hydroprocessing units issued by Refiners and then carry out the Yield estimation and prepare the proposal for the tender. Additionally work with in-house R&D center to coordinate for Pilot plant testing. Review the different PP testing results and work along with TS department for different units.
responsible for providing technical services and troubleshooting for hydrotreater, hydrocracker units with Axens license or Axens catalyst. Responsible for supervising start-ups, catalyst replacement, sulfiding of new catalyst system, conducting performance test run, reviewing unit operating data and issuing catalyst performance report for hydrotreater and hydrocracker units.
I worked in commissioning of MS Block (Naphtha HDT, ISOM, CCR) & Hydrotreater units.
Actively participated in pre-commissioning & commissioning activities as Lead console supervisor.
Experience on working on Foxboro DCS.
worked intensively in commissioning activities of Clean fuel complex (2nos of Diesel Hydrotreater, LCO hydrocracker and Scanfiner unit). Participated in all pre-commissioning & commissioning activities for these units.
Worked as a Panel engineer for production of GPPS, HIPS grades of polystyrene. experience of working on Honeywell DCS.
Completed my B. Tech. in chemical with specialisation in Petroleum and Petrochemical Technology.
