Handling ERP.
Dealing with suppliers and contractors for request for quotations and/or proposals.
Handling all material submittals, inspection reports, requests for information and other document control and cues them all for sign off by Manager / Sales Engineer.
Maintain tender database / prepare the index for Tender submission / Tender Master templates updation.
Sending enquires to different vendors to collect the quote.
Handling client’s registrations and updation.
Review and issuance of gate pass based on authorization.
Manpower development for the team.
Coordinating with sales Team & Manager
Review and updating the list of manpower from labour, Organization chart.
Collecting weekly reports from sales Engineer and submitting to Manager.
Providing administrative support to all project teams as deemed necessary.
Managing all correspondence pertaining to distribution and issuance to the proper personnel and/or authorities, HR communications and job opening advertisements.
