Operation & maintenance
Job Responsibilities :
•We perform 1000 hrs maintenance for all sites (Valve & injector adjustment). Replacement of damage parts (pump, turbocharger, belts, rotating parts. Radiator and Fan).
•Replacement of gaskets (tappet cover, head gasket, came cover)
•Replacement of o rings & seal (oil lines, fuel lines, fuel pump injectors, rear and front oil seals).
•Monthly General inspection for all plants and Solve problems before any emergency.
•Diagnose problem and Arrange parts to solve it at the spot.
•Make daily and monthly Field service reports.
Prepare all reports and submit to related department

Maintenance
Job Responsibilities :
•Disassembling of steam turbine
•Make permit hot or cold permit
•Perform Scheduled Maintenance services as directed.
•Assign jobs to Technicians.
•Check BDSE
•Check the general bearing clearance
•Before removing the rotor, check the labyrinth seal clearance
•Remove the rotor, general bearing and thrust bearing

Operation and Maintenance
Job Responsibilities :
•Mechanical troubleshooting of all kind of Perkins & Cater Pillar. DG Gen sets (15KVA-3.0MW).
•Installation of electrical Cater Pillar control panels.
•To perform many time of trouble shooting related to engine problems on site and rectify them mostly on site in short time.
•Implementation of job as per Engineering drawings and specification.
•Suggestion related to the preparation of gen sets foundation pads.
•Final installation checklist as per Drawing and specification and commissioning of auxiliaries related to vibration mounting check certification.
•Detailed practical assistance and guidance. (Perkins & Caterpillar)
