Designation: Project Engineer/ Project Coordinator-Jul 2011 to TILL DATE.
Responsibilities as Project Engineer
Project Planning, Scheduling and Execution: according to the customer requirements of deadlines and phases.
Perform site survey for new projects in order to make Material bill of quantity.
Providing technical support to the project team.
Managing project budgets and keeping costs down.
Overseeing the maintenance of projects after completion.
Responsible for the completion of all documentation and final drawings.
Prepare contract documentation for procurement services and materials.
Evaluating tenders and providing recommendations.
Procurement, Tendering, Contracting and Pricing.
Implementation and Rollout Management.
Project Acceptance, Invoicing and Close Out.
Responsibilities as ETISALAT-FTTH PROJECT Coordinator
Controlling Operation and Maintenance of FTTH infrastructure in accordance with Etisalat standard.
Handling Etisalat GPON Migration Project Including whole building migration from Copper to GPON.
Deep knowledge of ISP/OSP Cabling Works.
To use Etisalat systems (CBCM Corporate Billing and Customer Management) - PMS (Provisioning Management System) - GIS- FOS to support staff and technicians.
Scheduling Jobs in PDA and continuous monitoring of Technicians activity.
Frequent Support to Technical Team for the installation and migration activity.
Updating the Block Wiring details in CBCM and PMS.
GPON Migration, when service order requires migration from copper to fiber.
Closing all completed Service Orders in CBCM and FOS system.
Etisalat Fiber Network Structure GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical Network).
E-life installation (Telephone - Internet - IPTV) & Full building and Villa Migration from copper to Fiber network.
Handle Material requirements needed for the new installations/ Complaint Clearance.
ONT (Optical Network Terminal) proper installation& troubleshooting.
Fiber Distribution Hub (FDH) structure.
PROJECT COORDINATION
Monitoring, supervising and managing sub-contractors for the TI (Telecom Implementation) related works such as BTS (Base Transceiver Station) and Radio equipment installation, GSM and Microwave antenna installation, Connectors making and all other BTS site activities.
PROJECT SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT
Assist the Project Manager, in the day to day duties of a projects administration. Working under the guidance and direction of the Project Manager and assumes the role of working with project team members to develop the initial project schedule, making certain that all project schedule conflicts are resolved, and then updating it routinely.
PROJECT STATUS REVIEWS
Present the project status report to project manager with all the project documents (hard and soft copies) in the project review meetings.
CONTRACT AND SUBCONTRACTOR MANAGEMENT
Assessing subcontractor`s works and making quality control report of the cell sites, Coordinates the meetings, provides travel arrangements.
File all project documents (hard and soft copies), making expense reports.
Visiting newly on-air sites and preparing TI checklists according to which the sub-cons are asked to clear the punch points of poorly or wrongly installed equipments.
Collect and include contributions of the teams, preparing the Final documentations for the submission to the project manager/customer.
Installation and Commissioning of Base Transceiver Station (BTS) and GSM/CDMA Antennas.
Installation and Commissioning of Indoor Unit (IDU).
GSM Site Integration.
VSWR measurement Feeder and Jumper cables.
Acceptance test of newly installed sites.

• Installation of HUAWEI BTS (3900, 3900A) for Docomo & BSNL Projects.
• Installation and Commissioning of NOKIA SIEMENS (FSMD, FSIA) for IDEA Cellular Network 3G projects.
• NOKIA FLEXI EDGE BTS INSTALLATION, COMMISSIONING, INTEGRATION and ALARM CLEARING for VODAFONE KERALA Project phase 2.
• Installation and Commissioning of HUAWEI Microwave for Docomo & BSNL Projects.
• Installation and Commissioning of NEC IDU for DOCOMO.
