• Review design drawing and engineering specifications to ensure conformance with industry standards and practices. Review of P & ID, Instrument Specification Sheet (ISS), Instrument Data Sheet (IDS), Instrument Installation Sheet (IIS), Wiring Diagram, Tubing Hook up
• Able to Develop and verify CMS ( Construction method statement), QCP (quality control procedure), ITP (inspection and test plan) and OTP (operation test plan)
• Installation, erection and testing of all the instruments & controls elements at the allocated sites.
• Review Contractors organization resource on the Site is in sufficient number and with suitable to Manage all activities and provide continued supervision of the works,
• Monitor and coordinate the work progress and assuring that the work meets the requirements of the plans and Specifications and good work practice standards.
• Provide input to reviews potential cost and schedule trends as with scope of work variations and provides recommendations to the Site Manager/Construction Manager.
• Prepare/review instrumentation drawings, specifications, calculations, charts and graphs, data sheets, loop diagrams, logic diagrams, I/O wiring diagrams and panel drawings.
