Preparing project startup documents such as primary schedule after project awarded.
* Prepare manpower & equipment histogram.
* Preparing material submittal as per drawing and client specification.
* Leading the draughtsman team to make shop drawings as per specification and client
comment.
* Involving in recruitment process of staffs for the project.
* Planning and arranging manpower, tools and equipment at site as per the requirement and
forecast.
* Interacting with main contractor and project management team regularly to avoid bottle neck
situation of project and making a smooth flow of work at site.
* Coordination with Civil, Electrical & CP team to align the pipeline work.
* Coordination with structure, Architecture and MEP teams at site to expedite our piping works.
* Accountable for installation, testing and commissioning of piping and equipment installation
work.
* Performing manpower, machine and material estimation, selection of specified materials and
suppliers to do the effective procurement.
* Execution, testing and commissioning of LP and HP Oil & Gas Pipeline.
* Follow the site sequence of operation (Survey, for the pipeline with site execution people.
* Design and execution of pumping station such as sewage water, irrigation tanks, Treated
water, etc.
* Executing the project with the available man power & resources within the stipulated time.
* Parameters will be checked as per Piping Isometrics, Bill of materials, Pipe routing,
supporting arrangement, Details of Insulation, Hydro test pressure, Painting Specification and
provision of Vent and Drains at appropriate locations.
* Implementation of Client HSE policy and plans in accordance with company HSEMS
Regulation & Requirements.
* Procuring all the inventory and materials required for the execution of project.
* Monitor project progress and keep up delivery schedules, business continuity and grow team.
* Reviewing vendor drawing, documentation.
* Coordination with KOC for approval of drawings and material for the project.
* Attending inspection with KOC and main contractors at site inspection for piping and pipeline
work.
* In the absence of draftsmen and planning engineer, can make our shop drawing and planning
schedule in CAD and PRIMAVERA.
* Working for estimation and costing for upcoming tender and job in hands.
* Coordinating with site Engineers/Supervisors with latest shop drawings and information to
execute the quality works.
* Regular interacting with project plan and milestones to complete the project effectively on
time and within the budget.
* Executed in Kuwait University Project all utility pipeline work such as TSE, Irrigation, WS,
Fire-fighting ductile Iron pipe work.
Notable Accomplishment
* Ability to control the every type of piping/Pipeline work related to Oil & gas, Chilled Water, plumbing, firefighting
and drainage/water supply project independently.
* Throughout work experience in construction & project management.
* Certified & Worked on PRIMAVERA-6, CADD
* Approved engineer from KOC, Kuwait University, SAC (Saudi Arab Chevron).
