What my company does is door to door delivery of medicines for patients my role is to attend calls of patients and have to note down there orders and set the bill and hand over the medicines to the delivery executive. Also i have to tracking of patient that mean we keep a record of this patient history regarding their medication from that we it is possible to know when will their course of there delivered medicine will complete so this time we will call them and take order and will keep the process going on.
