Providing logistical support and assistance to the project coordinator regarding project activities and planning. Coordinate various seminars, roundtable discussions, trainings, and workshops to strengthen the good governance practices among the various constituencies of Bangladesh, like Regulatory Bodies, Stakeholders, Banks and non-banking financial institutions, private sectors, and NGOs. Planning and budgeting for these programs. Contributing in the BEI’s quarterly newsletter by providing the achievements and progress of the project. Serving as a team leader in terms of organizing and providing logistical support for all the activities under the CGSP project. Attending various seminars, Roundtables, Workshops and Training programmes on behalf of the CGSP team.
Monitoring the daily activities of the sales executives & reporting the actions of our competitors to the Head Office. Reveal the lackings of our force by implementing the updated marketing strategies to retain our market leadership. Inter-department coordination on behalf of Sales regarding different issues. Maintaining friendly relations with our clients. Arranging proper training schedules for our clients to facilitate them with our product developments & enhancements.
To find the drawbacks of our sales force by visiting the customers & point-out the lackings by implementing the updated marketing strategies. Obtaining the sales target by maintaining good relationship with the customers was the other major responsibility to perform. Arranging shows & seminars with the customers & end users.
Dealing L/Cs and bank related jobs. Corresponding with foreign buyers & maintaining good liaison with the RMG factories regarding the orders. Handling all administrative works.
