• Project/Construction Engineer with 10 years of professional experience of working with leading Pakistani Fertilizer companies, (ENGRO fertilizer, and Fauji Fertilizer) and in aerospace industry (NESCOM - Pakistan).
• On hand experience of Planning & Project Management, material coordination and devising optimum construction methodologies under speculated time frame from inception to commissioning for Fauji Fertilizer Company-Pakistan and for the completion of one of the world’s largest Single train UREA Fertilizer complex of ENGRO Fertilizer - Pakistan.
• In-depth knowledge of multiple material usages in urea industry and well versed with Snamprogetti (Italy) Welding Procedures, quality control procedures and specifications.
• Well versed with full command on Construction/Pre-com/Com and start-up activities, in line with fertilizer plant’s safe commissioning and startup schedule.
• Capable of developing cost estimation of projects and bid evaluation keeping in view of quality, cost, time and reputation of the vendor.
• Thorough knowledge of civil construction activities (Piling, Pile caps etc), field execution, erection and rigging of equipment at various fertilizer projects.
• Extensive knowledge on the application and implementation of ASME Sec VIII Div I, Process Piping B31.3, TEMA and API 579, designing of Pressure Vessels, Heat Exchangers, Tanks and piping systems using CODE Compress software together with in depth knowledge of STAAD Pro, Stress analysis software ANSYS and drafting software Pro-E and AutoCAD.
• Capable of designing online leak sealing clamps BOX-Ups and development of welding procedures.
• Independent handling of projects from concept to commissioning along with multi tasking abilities.

1. UNIT MANAGER - MECHANCIAL/PROJECT (August 03, 2015 till Todate)
Fatima Group - Lahore, Punjab, Pakistan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Leading a Project team for the development of 440/225/500 MW R-LNG based Combined Cycle power plant project + 220MW coal project.
• Lead in developing Project Engineering & Construction Technical proposals with EPC contractors and Siemens/GE.
• Involve in the development of miscellaneous Power agreements with Government departments.
• Extensively involved in Engineering & Project execution 120MW cogeneration power plant of FATIMA ENERGY Ltd.
• Leading a project execution mechanical team of Fatima Energy Ltd from client end.

2. UNIT MANAGER - PROJECTs & FIELD MAINTENANCE (Jan 01, 2012 till July 31, 2015)

ENGRO Fertilizer Ltd - Daharki, Sindh, Pakistan.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure safe & reliable mechanical/maintenance activities (Turn around/Plant Shut Downs) on 02 units under Urea-2 and PM&S.
• Ensure the implementation of safety plans governed by RIR, PHA reviews, failure analysis, trouble shooting, and Plant review meetings.
• Ensure compliance of Quality procedures, ISO procedures etc.
• Development of green 6 sigma projects for the unit.
• Daily handling of 60 direct/indirect manpower
• Budget handling till safe and timely completion of around 0.6Million USD for both the units.
• In addition coordination among interfaces for various projects and maintenance activities.
• Being company’s nominated DuPont element champion of 03 PSRM elements (MI, MoC, PSSR) guided and elaborated HSE policies/rules and regulations across the entire manufacturing site.
• Responsible for a final review of any mechanical change that takes place at plant site.
• Ensure the implementation of all such plans governed by RIR, PHA reviews, failure analysis, trouble shooting, Plant review meetings, PSM & PSRM.
• Responsible for an EPC services to both Engro Fertilizer Urea Plants and to Engro affiliates when required, through a qualified team of 05 Engineers & 06 Draftsman (comprising of Civil & Mechanical disciplines).
• Lead in Furnace Reliability & Enhancement Project for the year 2012 till 2014 for Urea Plant-1.
• Development & stewardship of PM & inspection plans for Furnace reliability & Improvement Project for Ammonia/Urea Plant-2.
• Responsible for the yearly development of Project engineering job plans inclusive of Turnaround, Investment, Expense and CAPEX plans for the entire site.
• Generation of 6-Sigma based projects for processes improvement and intensive cost saving projects.
• Responsible for the development of a professional and competent team through rigorous training plan and personal development courses based on TNA.

Engineer - 1, 2 & 3 at Fauji Fertilizer Company - Pakistan

• Designing of equipment and piping layout, isometrics, pipe/equipment support and foundations in conformance with M/S Snamprogetti, Italy specifications, Process Piping B31.3 and ASME Section VIII Div-1.
