1. Design and layout electrical system as per RSB Electricity Wiring Regulations.
2. Preparation of load schedule, spread sheets and single line diagram (SLD), transformer sizing,
voltage drop calculations, cable sizing, switchgear sizing, lighting and power layouts and
designing of utility corridors.
3. Routing of cables on drawings and preparation for the routing of cable trays, preparation of
cable schedule and made co-ordination drawings with HVAC, FF and public health system to
avoid any clash at site.
4. Attend kick off meetings with client and subcontractors.
5. Project monitoring works, determining whether electrical installation activity is on time and
provide solution for expediting.
6. Taking off quantities of all Electrical systems and made material requisitions.
7. Attending site Inspections with consultant engineers and authorities.
8. Develop technical submittals, start-up Procedure and Operations and Maintenance Manual and
submit them to client/consultant for approval as deemed required.
1. Working with design and project inspection team to look after the work during initial
and midlevel stage of the project to carry out the work as per project defined code
and standards.
2. For wiring regulation, all work done as per BS 7671 and NFPA 70 standards.
3. Check all electrical power and lighting layout drawings as per defined codes of
project which is defined during initial stage of project.
4. Check and verify material submittals for electrical items under supervision of design
management team.
5. Preparing load schedules for small light power DBs, SMDBs as per project defined
load.
6. Voltage drop calculation as per IEC standards to get appropriate cable size.
