Working as SR. Planning Engineer, I am responsible for all relevant activities pertaining to Project Planning, Management, Execution and Controls.
Prepare the detailed Baseline Schedule with all ancillary requirements and update it weekly to evaluate the performance and possible causes of bottlenecks. Preparing and defending the Time Extension Claims.
Supervising the subcontractors for their works, monitoring their schedule and progress of works.

Scope of Project:
Construction of Compound consisting of 2-Residential / Commercial buildings, with 3-Basements, Ground, 2-Podiums and 1st to 38th & Roof Floors, with all related Enabling, Civil, Architectural & MEP Installation Works.
Job Allocation: Head-office
Details of Responsibilities / Work Expertise:
a. Review and approved Contractor’s Program
b. Review the Contractor’s Weekly and Monthly reports
c. Prepare the Report for the Client and Management
d. Review the weekly updated program of Sub-Contractor and identify causes of delays
e. Determine the EoT submitted by the Contractors
f. Establishing the progress measuring templates for Contractor and follow-up
Supervising the individual engineers at site. Preparing the Baseline Schedule for running Projects and all associated requirements for Resource and cost estimation. Controlling the project progress and prepare mitigation plan (Micro level program for different disciplines). Assisting Project team for timely and on budget completion of the project. Weekly update of the construction program and highlighting the bottlenecks.
Preparing the Recovery and Accelerated program.
Preparing the Tender Schedule for Tender Department. assist the Tender team for the resource requirements. Generating Project Organization Charts, Resources Histogram and Misc requirements relating to Accounts, Safety and QA/QC.
Different day to day activities at Head Office and Project Offices.
