• Work with the partner organizations and Internews journalism development unit to articulate requirements that will meet the purpose of using a website for multi-platform reporting and networking/association building.
• Develop a roll-out plan for each website planned for each partner.
• Design and develop trainings (or boot camps) for partner organizations in using and maintaining the websites.
• Conduct the trainings or boot camps in collaboration with the IT team and other Internews staff.
• Develop tutorials, manuals and guides that the partners can use during and after the trainings.
• Provide follow-on support and mentoring regarding the continued development of the websites as an online platform for text, audio, video and image content produced by faculty, students or working journalists as part of training/mentoring activities of Internews.
• Lead the Digital Media Training as a Trainer.
• Co Trainer in Safety and Security training for journalists.
• Lead trainer for first aid training for journalists.

• Design and development of Organization’s websites. (PHP/MYSQL)

• Looking after and maintains the LAN and internal wireless system of the organization.
