Responsible for the full administration of a Test Center including the process of checking candidates identification, ensuring only approved candidates are testing, providing full administrative support to the Managers and Officers, Verifying the arrangement of testing rooms are to specification and are appropriate for administering exams.-
I have been working as Exam Services Assistant. Where my job was to provide administrative, operational support to my Exam Services Officer by preparing, packing and despatching, IELTS results for the candidates appearing for IELTS examinations all over KSA.
Responsible for the full employee life cycle from recruitment, induction to exit, and for providing full administrative support to the Managers and Officers, also involved in the day to day-to-day running of the HR office.
Ensuring the department complies with all recruitment Policies, Laws, and Regulations.
Putting together new employee starter packs. Setting up, monitoring and the tracking employee probationary periods.
Carrying out background and reference checks on prospective employees.
Acting as the first point of contact for anyone inquiring about a vacancy.
