4. Contributed to increasing the business profitability through efficiency from 30 Million SR to over 500 Million SR.
5. Leading the Change Management track for a major ERP implementation working with Change Management Group from UK as the program lead.

Started as a training manager in 2003, overlooking all training design and delivery activities and developed a competency-based training and promotion system, which later formed the base of Panda Retail Academy. In 2006 I had added accountabilities including management development, assessment tools as well as employee engagement and internal communication.

In 2007 I moved to head Organization Design where I lead a major restructuring project, redesign of grading system and a new compensation strategy that helped the company get on track to achieve major growth from 60 stores to 480.
