A-Maintenance & Services Standardization at Aramco (MSSD)
Cataloguing division.
• Cataloguing materials to assist clients on maintenance plan,
and purchase orders by providing all data.
• Reviewing spare parts data package (SPDP) that is provided
to us from contractors through Saudi Aramco Materials &
Services Standardization Division.
• Review the Mechanical Equipment part including: Purchase
Order (PO), Data sheet, Drawings and Priced Spare parts list
for Mechanical and Electrical equipment.
• coordination with vendors and suppliers to provide missing
info.
• Validate, inspect, control and load information into Materials
Master, SAP using existing template, or create new template.
• Classify materials as per its type, consumables, project
materials, spares, fixed assets/capital equipment, IT assets,
etc.
• Maintain the integrity and consistency of material data.
