amalgamate all aspects of design and produce functional design.
* Responsible for ensuring that a construction projects become fully operational through providing design
advice and selecting the best technology, tools and materials.
* Meeting with suppliers and clients, recording design briefs as per the clients’ need and requirements.
* Overseeing presentation for all interior designs, layout plans & Elevations, sketches and Materials.
* Drew up costs, schedules and other elements associated with construction projects. Overseeing all
project activities both on-site and off-site and making sure they are completed as per the schedule.
* Performing daily inspection of any construction activity to ensure it conforms to the approved plans.
Resolved any arising issues to do with execution and procurement procedures.
* Approving invoices from sub-contractors and vendors.
* Assisted in preparing layout of project & integrates engineering elements into unified design for client
review approval (Submission Drawings, Tender Drawings and Working Drawings).
