Collection of sales order collection from the sales team.
Coordination with and assisting the remote sales team.
Communication of sales targets and achievements to sales staff.
Daily feeding SAP with the sales order forms.
Generating and raising requests for discounts, special discounts (SP) and free goods to the head office.
Extracting of raw sales data from SAP.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports for the branch manager and the head office.
Troubleshooting and support services to the sales team.
