Mainly responsible for the configuration, maintenance, Planning and trouble free operation of Broadband via Satellite Hubs Hughes Hx System.
Manage team of satellite network personals to develop, implement, operate, install and maintain the satellite network operations.
Control the expenditure of department and projects.
Day-to-day operations management of key issues impacting performance and customer service.
Carrying out all Managed Services operations successfully in an organized manner.
Currently employed with BTC Network Solution from 10 OCT 2005 till to date, as a Operations Engineer. BTC Network Solution deals in RF applications and is one of the largest WAN and MAN solution providers, having a large number of clients from Banking, Oil sector and Multinational companies.
Planning, Survey, Installation, Configuration, Troubleshooting and Maintenance of Routers/Switches, Wireless Radio Modems/Bridges, DVB-S2 series routers and VSAT, for major companies through out Pakistan.
Initial surveys for tower installation, identify clear line of sight for the link.
A member in planning team, which suggest various wireless bridges according to their bandwidth and distance.
Involve in various RF and VSat link installations and configurations and also troubleshoot it.
Handling the testing department where equipments with different problems are thoroughly checked and diagnosed and tested for future use.
Configure switches and routers.
