Responsibilities

⮚ Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision.
⮚ Handle and execute shipping operations.
⮚ Order, receive and handle materials into the warehouse.
⮚ Plan and organize materials and items at proper places in a warehouse.
⮚ Maintain and manage inventories accurately.
⮚ Replenish materials with regards to operation schedules.
⮚ Packs up defective items or overstock and arranges for the return shipment.
⮚ Create, plan and implement accuracy in inventory controls.
⮚ Produce reports and statistics regularly (IN/OUT status repot, dead stock report etc.).

Job Responsibilities:
•Provides direction, guidance and assistance to other Store employees in carrying out the efficient and effective operation of the Store.
•Maintains an inventory control system for the Store to ensure goods received, stored and shipped from the Store are properly recorded and accounted.
•Requisitions supplies, materials and equipment to ensure adequate inventory levels are maintained.
•Ensures Store inventory is organized and stored in an orderly, access able and safe manner.
•Assigns, monitors, coordinates and participates in the shipping and receiving work of Store Workers.
•Trains and advises Store employees in materials handling procedures and equipment used.
•Prepare the Purchase Requisition (PRQ) after received the Bill of Quantity (BOQ) from Operation Dept.
•Contacts suppliers regarding shortages and condition of materials and equipment received.
•Match all the received materials to purchase order, delivery note and invoice.
•Approve and forward the matched invoices to the Finance department.
•Reject any material that does not match purchase order.
•Raise a discrepancy report in case of material rejection and forward it to Purchase Department.
•Co-ordinate with Quality Department for approval the materials.
•Prepare the Good Received Note after the materials inspect & approved by Quality Dept.
•Organize the store according to material code and for easy recall upon request.
•Issue the materials, products and parts to workshop based on information from incoming requisitions.
•Make the MIV’s for materials issued to production.
•Prepare the Delivery Note after getting the approved packing list from Operation Department.
•Release the materials after getting the approval from Finance Department.
•Arrange the transportation for delivery of materials locally & internationally.
•Ensure the store is clean and safe area to work.
•Track the inventory level of all stock items and request up on low and high level with lead time consideration.
•Review and check all the requested material from the store and ensure proper documentation.
•Stocktaking the inventory on annual basis and compare it to system level.
•Identify all the damaged materials and arrange for approvals for selling.

⮚ Moving and stacking goods ready for delivery, either by hand or using machinery.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES
⮚ Participates in physical inventories by counting stock.
⮚ Compliance with security procedures and health & safety.
⮚ Maintaining the warehouse in a clean & tidy manner.
⮚ Using computerized systems, barcode scanners and other technology to record goods movement.
⮚ Operating the Fork Lift for movement of the stock in the warehouse.
⮚ Drive the vehicle for pick & drop of staff members and delivered the important documents from warehouse to
head office.

Job Responsibilities:

•Ensure all the property and equipment are use is maintained and not recklessly damaged.
