Key Duties & Responsibilities.

Strategic Planning and Performance Management:
 Monitor the performance of the branch and prepare scheduled and ad hoc reports to communicate branch performance, driver movements (leave in/out, transfer …etc.) and to ensure that deviations are identified and reported in a timely manner and that actions are adjusted to achieve the branch objectives.
Budget Preparation:
 Contribute to the preparation of the Operations budget through monitoring the financial performance of branch activities versus the set budget to ensure alignment with set budget guidelines, To Follow the operation given budget.
Policies & Procedures:
 Manage the efficient operations of the branch, identifying areas of improvement and proposing modifications, in order to enhance the efficiency and cost effectiveness of all branch activities and compliance with the local rules and legislations.
Work Planning:
 Supervise efficient processes, maintain smooth workflows and assist the Operations department to achieve all annual growth plans.
 Manage the effective planning/scheduling of the movement of vehicles while ensuring accurate record keeping of related matters (such as way bills, incidents, etc.) in order to meet operations requirements and business objectives.
 Ensure that the trucks have all required equipment and meet specifications to deliver shipment in a safe and timely manner.
Tracking Control:
 Oversee the tracking of trucks in order to ensure the proper delivery of shipment in a timely manner and achieve customer satisfaction.
 Ensure that shipment are loaded onto trucks and offloaded from trucks on time, as per specifications and in a safe manner.
 Develop professional relationships with all customer contacts and act as point of contact for clients, informing them of any delays or accidents.

Resource Allocation:
 Provide appropriate staffing levels to ensure availability of required staff levels at all times, arranging cover where necessary to maintain the continuation of operations and adhere to safety requirements.
Reporting:
 Ensure all relevant reports and activity updates are communicated to Operations in a timely manner in order to plan any necessary contingencies and plan future operations.
Health, Safety & Environment:
 Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls across the human resources function to guarantee employee safety, security legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude.
 Oversee all required safety programs and provide required training to branch employees to enhance operations and supervise efficient work and performance of employees.
People Management
 Ensure that branch staff have clear objectives, regular performance feedback sessions, formal annual appraisals, and individual development plans.

Achievements;
- Manage 3 branches Riyadh, Dammam & Jeddah.
- Successfully logistics setup of 46 trucks with client Saudi Chemical in all three regions of KSA.
- Lead the team of 63 peoples including 3 coordinators & 60 drivers across KSA & GCC Countries
