▪ Assisting the Commercial Manager & Senior Quantity Surveyors to prepare estimates, cost plans, bills
of quantities, specifications and schedule of rates for new build, improvements and maintenance
work.
▪ Tender document preparation and Tender reporting
▪ Prepared payment invoices and interim payment certificates
▪ Prepared purchase requisition Assessed additional costs of design variations
▪ Prepared wages and monthly bills for subcontractors
▪ Monitored & verified subcontractor’s payments.

Key Responsibilities:
▪ Preparation of Architectural, Interior Design, Hard & Soft Landscaping & Structural Shop Drawings and
sending final print out of Drawings to Consultant for Approval.
▪ Preparation of Shop drawings for bathroom & toilet tiling, fixtures layout and kitchen wardrobe layout.
▪ Performed detailed drawings of Floor, Ceiling, Wall, Staircase Structure, Door and Windows.
▪ Coordinate with all Services Drawings of MEP (Plumbing, HVAC & Electrical).
▪ Preparation of RFI if Drawings have discrepancy and send to Consultant for clarifies.
▪ Prepare and review the shop drawings for day to day site activities.
▪ Review the shop drawings supplied by subcontractors.
▪ Preparation of AS BUILT Drawings at end of project and submit final soft copy and hard copy of
drawings to Consultant and Client.
▪ Coordinating with site Engineer and assure the approval of Shop Drawings.
▪ Preparations of Plans, Sections, Details, Isometric drawings.
