• Receive work orders from operations via Maximo.
• Walking down the jobs in the field to confirm scope and nature of the work.
• Enter work orders into the Maximo system.
• Defining materials, equipment, third party contractors and central shop activities required for each work order.
• Writing requisitions for materials which are not available
• Record work, which is covered by, permits only.
• Develop daily work schedules for the crafts people in the area
• Identify third party resources which may be needed
• Contract the third party resources and services
• Attend daily planning meeting with Production Controller and Area Maintenance Team Leader
• Coordinate and publish the weekly and monthly performance measurement reports
• Collect work accomplishment each day and produce schedules for the next day
• Coordinate with other Planners in order to build realistic schedules
• To be able to plan shut down forced or planned, including preparation of time schedules, equipment list, materials, tools and required manpower.
• Attend call out after working hours.
• Identifying the best series of events in the correct order for the Contract to finish on time and on budget
• Developing detailed yet simple to understand schedules and graphs
• Producing visual aids to explain the schedule of work, including bar charts and network diagrams
• Monitoring the progress of the Contract at different stages of its development
• Preparation of Quantity measurement forms and Invoicing.
• Preparing cash flow and projects monitoring and update.
• Understanding of client requirements and expectations.
• Continuous development of improved and efficient methods of working.
• Coordinate with maintenance, production and other departments and contractors to ensure that proper preventative maintenance tasks are performed.
• Assist in the development of manpower requirements for specific work disciplines and assist in resource leveling analysis to perform quantity and manpower resource loading for assigned schedules.
• Determine critical path activities for work areas and / or work disciplines and monitor schedule deviations and proposes corrective action/work around solutions.
• Have well knowledge of all maintenance activities in all disciplines and shall be responsible for planning all maintenance activities.
• Manage and administer all active subcontracts ensuring compliancy with the subcontract terms and agreements.
• Liaise and manage correspondence between the Contract and subcontractors.
• Coordinate the mobilization and logistics of the subcontractors on an as needed basis.
• Complete Weekly Subcontracts Summary report and submit to management and project teams weekly to communicate the commercial status of contracts.
• Attend and contribute information during team meetings with regards to current/outstanding issues and/or weekly process.

 Development of Project Schedule in Primavera (P6/ P3.1) & Overall supervision of Civil,
Mechanical, Piping, Elect, Instrumentation & Communication works, planning &
Scheduling, Resources, progress & cost monitoring/control. Making forecasts related to
Progress, Revenues & costs, Contracts administration including subcontracting,

 To lead as Planning Engineer In the field of Planning of Petrochemical Plant Construction
Works, & Management Services and other associated facilities in oil/gas, Petrochemical &
Bulk Storage plants. Have good Communication skilled with client & Stack holder

 Hands on experience in implementing Earned value analysis and highlighting critical
Path at any point of time & Highlighting the top management when cost to complete
