Working as 'Network Engineer' in Al Dar Hospital, Al Madinah Al Munawwara.
Responsible for the Network that is in place at the hospital.
The Network involves Nortel Switches and Routers, and consists 6 Servers and 300 Work Stations.
• Manage and maintain the email system through the Exchange Server, including mailboxes management, Recipient Policies, Protocols management and Outlook Web Access.
• Maintain Servers (Windows 2003) including Windows Domain and Active Directory management, DNS, DHCP, Domain Security Policy, Users Accounts / Groups management, Users Disk Space Allocation.
• Manage, maintain the ISA Server 2006 for the Internet system in place at the hospital.
• Manage and maintain the Anti-virus system server - Symantec Endpoint Security.
• Schedule, Manage and Maintain the backups of the server data according to a strict schedule.
• To monitor and ensure security of LAN and WAN traffic
• Perform routine maintenance on the Network, and other Hardware.
• Troubleshoot software packages and hardware devices on client workstations.
• Perform installation and update of Windows, Antivirus and software packages for the users
·• Worked as “IT Coordinator cum Content Developer” in Indian Sports Books, India from January 2012 to November 2012.
o Resolved and documented software, hardware, network, and connectivity problems.
o Assisted users with issues and problems from a variety of sources including proprietary and MS Office applications and Microsoft Operating Systems 98, 2000 and XP.
o Provide assistance in building up and running a strong technical network for the organization.
o Install updated versions of the equipment, software and hardware already in use.
o Manage the team of technicians to troubleshoot any defects and malfunctioning.
o Communicate with end users to understand their technical need and troubles faced.
o Sourcing and developing new content for website - textual as well as graphical.

Client Support:
· Attend to IT helpdesk & Client Support requirements.

. Basic knowledge in configuring and troubleshooting - STP, VLAN and VTP.
. Good knowledge in IPV4 Subnets & basic knowledge in IPV6.
. Configuring LAN Cabling and Broadband modems.
. Creating Users, Groups providing access controls, rights and
setting up user environment profiles and group policy.
. Configuring Port Forwarding for streaming services.
· Database backup and recovery.
· Maintain IT hardware inventory.
· Configuring and supporting router configuration for ADSL network.
· Supporting Wireless Distribution System (WDS) configuration .
· Server responsibilities include maintenance, patch updates and troubleshooting.
· Assisting team in the sourcing of textual content for creation of websites for clients.

ERP Operations:
· Creation of User manuals for the all the processes under ERP system.
· Performing modifications requested by users on the ERP system.
· User Level training for Client staff.
· Communicating with Team, to perform complex changes requested by client.
· Assisting in the preparation of COA, Vendor, Customer lists, Stock Statement
· User Rights allotment and Alerts setup.
· Creation of BOMs, Reports, Modification of Reports for Management
