Duties and Responsibilities
- Quantity Take Off for all Civil & MEP based on pricing preambles and Specification.

Managing Subcontractor; budget calculation for the related subcontractor package, Request for Quotation, price comparison and appointment of Subcontractor, preparation of LOI, Evaluation for interim payment application, issuance of payment certificates, reviewing of variations, Preparation of Final Accounts.
Variation submission and approvals; identify the variations and raise variation notification to the client, prepare Variation Order Request, approval of Measurement (Manual, AutoCAD) and Quantification Preparation of submission of variation, Build-up (star ) rate for the new items, and agreement of variation with cost consultant.
