- Greets and welcomes all customers who enter the store
- Assist customers in locating merchandise
- Gives advice and guidance on product selection to customers

- Ensures cleanliness of the store, including hovering and mopping when requested

- Immediately reports discrepancies and problems to store manager
- Participates in the ongoing daily operational activities of the store as requested by the store manager
- Ensures all fire exits and escape routes are kept free from obstruction
Confirm how much the customer is satisfied with the repair experience
Check with him if he have any complain or comment or require
customer support team
- Call prospects to make a sales pitch or presentation.
-Call customers periodically to solicit orders or inform them of promotional events
-Call the prospects close to the scheduled appointment time for confirmation purposes.
-Keep records of the activities, such as the number of calls and the number of sales
Handle outgoing customer calls as a telephone sales
Handle account inquiries,
