Assisting in answering all types of enquiries related to British Council activities in Egypt.
- To register customers and collect income received and transfer it accurately.
- To carry out a range of back office tasks including post registration services, finance related
tasks, supporting corporate client registration, data handling, to assist with the day to day back
office administration of the teaching centre and exams departments.
- Deliver accurate and friendly registration services to Teaching Centre students and Examinations
candidates to meet customer needs.
- Attending to verification and stamping requests.

- Creating bookings on the correct upcoming vessel and double checking the data
entered by the customer making sure it’s correct.
- Answering freight forwarders inquiries over the phone and by emails.
- Creating Bill of Ladings submitted online by the customers.
- Reviewing custom documents received from the port and making sure
that the Bill of Lading match it.
- Sending the vessel manifest including all shipments details to the port
- Delivering the container release order to the freight forwarder delegate.

Sutherland is a call centre that has multiple accounts,
First I worked at 'AT&T' the American account my daily tasks was:

- Answering customers questions regarding the company products
- Resolves billing or service problems by clarifying the customer's inquiry; determining the
Cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem;
Expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
- Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments


Then i switched to ' Bell Canada' which is a Canadian telecommunication company where my daily tasks was:

Asking the right questions, testing and troubleshooting the business landline.
- Obtain all the needed details to book an appointment for the customer.
- Arrange an appointment with a technician to fix the issue.
- Sending the ticket to the correct department whether it’s test centre to test it remotely or
dispatch team to send a technician to the customer’s premises.
