Conducting market research studies to add, adjust or terminate station’s prices.
Performing calculations on regular & charter freight costs & presenting them to both management & customers.
Carrying out special prorate agreements (SPA‘s) with other airlines to expand RJ cargo network depending on market analyses.
Renewing or terminating existing cargo agreements based on productivity & analyzing the inbound & outbound cargo on yearly basis.
QC, QA & implementation of cargo system (Champ Cargospot).
