Reviewing: department’s interaction, share information, deals with customers, and purchases of supplies. Advising: how to increase efficiencies in order to save money, reduce cycle times, and improve customer satisfaction in the areas of Credit/Procurement/Sales. Working with: staff & departments to gather information. Developing & processing: training procedures and guidelines, staff management & administration. Planning and Leading projects.
Assist in the financial analysis, credit underwriting and approval process. Minimize the debt of insolvent accounts, Discuss new strategies & Coordinate Projects designed to develop the overall business.
Key Achievements:
*Succeeded in collecting over 70% debts from delinquent accounts.
*Implemented new System & Policy in the areas of Credit/Sales/Operations.
. Escalate problems arising from dealing with difficult borrowers to the department head along with suggested resolutions and right actions to proceed with.
Constantly review and analyze delinquent accounts for possible loss mitigation workout plans.
Prepare periodic reports including delinquency reports, reports on number of cases handled and reports on the status of each Loan to the department head.
Expand credit policy to provide additional guidance for specific industries.
Analyze, and recommend limits and support product development initiatives from a performance and risk management perspective, and Pro-actively advise and recommend on complex credit issues.
Coordinate with other teams (Sales, Accounts, Marketing) and recommend solutions/Credit structures in line with Company’s profile.

*Improved department’s daily sales outstanding (DSO) & collection’s rate by 50%.
*Ran a successful Project in setting new Procurement Strategy & decreasing over 30% of expenditures.
Conduct timely and constructive collection activity by phone, letter, E-mail or by field visit to recover the dues.
Obtain, assess and report the reason for delinquency from defaulting customers.
Negotiate payment arrangements, offer suggestions to customers on how to meet their obligations and advise them as
To the Possible consequences of not meeting the obligations.
Review Credit requests, Assess clients’ financial status and evaluate creditworthiness & risks.
Approve/Reject credit requests based on the gathered client’s payment & financial history & set up a suitable repayment
Plan.
Prepare Cheques, Manage the petty cash & expenses.
