Job Description:
*Provide thought-leadership in defining best-in-class merchandising analytics and processes
*Own the execution of a critical merchandising business process such as Portfolio Management, Assortment Planning and Seasonal Planning
*Develop a toolkit to optimize product assortment based on multiple factors including competitive data, customer insights, SKU and space productivity and resource constraints
*Support merchant teams for end-to-end category strategy definition for high-visibility product categories
*Support seasonal planning by analyzing performance, drawing insights and making recommendations
*Pro-actively analyze category growth, competition, vendor dynamics by leveraging external market data
*Provide thought-partnership, strategy and analytics support to merchant teams on critical initiatives
*Work across channels (Retail, .com) and functions (Merchandising, Planning, Finance, Marketing, etc.) to gather data and execute analyses

• Maintains proficiency in Microsoft Word and Power point designs and templates and other printed, internet, or computer animated communication pieces
• Propose creative solutions that extend beyond the brief.
• Come out with brand new and creative ideas which can be used in executing all kinds of festivals, branding and launching.

Job Description
-Responsible for customer contact & interface via telephone, internet, & text messaging services.
-Log requests promptly & follow up to ensure both timely completion & customer satisfaction.
-Provide extraordinary customer service with existing and potential residents.
-Answer inbound calls in a positive, professional manner.
-Update the existing customer database with contact information & maintain all customer interactions in the CRM.
-Follow up on customer calls with clerical duties: faxing & filing paperwork.
-Liaise with other departments to ensure customer calls are addressed timely.
-Use best practice customer service techniques, walks side-by-side with customers to solve their problems.
-Ability to comprehend, capture as well as interpret basic customer information.
