SOPs, monitoring formats, and evaluations) and innovations based on Relief Policy. Deliver constructive feedback to leadership on staff progress, strengths and weaknesses. Project planning and budgeting and staff planning and supervision. Support on implementing HR and procurement policies and procedures .
Integrated additional content into curriculum to address COVID-19 concerns to RI
programs promote child protection and gender mainstreaming and ensure proper
implementation in the field
