• Coordinating between departments and operating units in resolving day-to-day administrative and operational problems.
• Scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, events and other similar activities.
• Sending out and receiving mail and packages, Sending faxes, Managing Files.
• Provides effective support to direct manager.
• Handling, dealing, and transmitting documents or passports to Embassies and also dealing with governmental institutions.
• Handling the petty cash, vouchers and all financial procedures for the planning department.
Responsible for handling customers inquiries, solving their problems and achieving the First Call Resolution.

Representing and promoting the Bank Credit Cards. Meeting with customers to educate them about our benefits and discounts programs to persuade them about the products.
