• Execution of all works related to the management of the company like renewal of licenses and the residence of employees and agreement required for government and private cooperation company.
• Completing and following up the work of the branch manager.
• 30% follow up with the company payment income.
• Submit expense reports.
• Provide business reports completed during the week.
• Organize and schedule appointments.
• Provide general support to visitors.

Main duties:
- Financial:
• Collect the approved rental amount / fees and charges.
• Carry out daily report reconciliation to ensure all payments are collected accurately.
• Submit daily report to the CSM on the renewals and collections.
- Customer:
• Attend walk-in customers professionally.
• Attend tenant queries in timely manner.
• Respond to inter-department queries in not more than 24 hours.
• Maintain high attendance record by ensuring punctuality and minimizing absenteeism.
- Process:
• Usage of two system ADIB & DMAT (Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport in Abu Dhabi)- tawtheeq .
Main duties:
• Customer:
- Answer client calls.
- Visitors receive and record data professionally.
- Organizing the archives administration.
- Explain our service & answering clients' inquiry.
- Always respond to the customers and keep them updated with any developments.
- Calling customer informing about our promotion.
- Enrolling customers in the SMS for new services.
- Follow up with different shipment.
- Use of computer applications MS Office.
- Coordinate with other department to solve challenges.
- Attend quarterly appraisals.
- Submit weekly report
• Financial:
- Collect fees amount and submit of the end of the day.
