Human Resource Duties:
• Recruiting staff includes developing job descriptions and person specifications, Post any open positions throw updating information on recruiting websites, review resumes and set up interviews, checking application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.
• Conducting with and advising management and supervising human resource issues, investigating human resource related problems and making recommendations to the organization.


• Leading and Maintaining of employee information in payroll system day¬ to¬day payroll administration, including weekly report processing, collecting timesheets, annual reporting, vacations leave balances, and acting as initial degree of contact for inquiries and issues related to payroll.

• Preparing, reviewing, interpreting, analyzing and approving a variety of data, information and reports, and making recommendations depending on findings.
• Run personnel reports when needed.
• Administering payroll and maintaining employee records regarding to compulsory Insurances, salary taxes, monthly bonus, all allowances (mobile, travel, etc).
• Coordinate with department’s managers to conduct annual employee performance appraisal.
• Assist in Other duties as assigned.

Administration Duties:
• Follow procedures related to Employees working of company as visa, passport, flight and hotel reservation, medical expenses, vacation balances.
• Governmental reporting: including Payment and breakout of insurance invoices, social insurance office and Labour Office.
• Payment and breakout of insurance invoices and follow up Invoices subject to be collected.
• Establishing, organizing and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
• Assist in special projects: handbook, retreats, trainings, update internal HR processes & forms.
