Aircraft dispatchers, Turnaround Coordinator also known as flight operations officers or load controllers, are part of the team that works in an airline/ground handling services operations control centre at an airport. Sole Responsible for co-ordinating activities to ensure that aircraft depart on time with high safety.
Supervise the all RAMP activities.
Responsible to audit the flight operation.
Responsible to take care of all operation equipment and staff.

Presently Working With SPICEJET in Guest Services as STATION INCHARGE at jabalpur (Customer Service Manager) JOB PROFLE:-
• Responsible for the supervision of a staff of twenty-eight people within the customer service department
• Responsible for the recruitment and training of customer service representatives
• Managed the needs/requirements of high revenue commercial accounts through extensive follow-up procedures
• Preparing Load & Trim for Boeing 737/800 and 737/900 Series.
• Improving customer service based on client feedback through the development of new policies and procedures Successfully handled all public relations issues.
• Supervise the all RAMP activities.
Responsible for Business Promotion:
Maintaining Guest Relation and see to their queries.
Reportable to Station Manager:
• Holding Charge as Customer Care Executive.
• Ticketing along with the Cancellation and Rescheduling etc. And international fare calculation.
• Preparing the Load and Trim sheet of ATR A (series) and AIR BUS A 320 series.
• Placement of Ramp Equipment in appropriate position and performing the safety of the Ramp act
Accountable for Air ticketing check-in counter boarding Gate and ramp activities.
In collaboration with University of Cambridge local examination syndicate AHA (air hostess academy) raipur.
