 Processing payroll for around 3500 employees monthly through(Oracle-Fusion & Excel).
 Calculate and process social security.
 Execute payroll and data matters related to termination of staff as per the adopted procedures.
 Ensure all payments made are in compliance with company policies.
 Prepare Offer letter's, Resignation & Termination letters.
 Advising on pay and other remuneration issues including promotion & Benefits.
 Making sure that any promotions, and pay rises take effect as planned.
 Develop and update job description and job specification.
 Issue certificates addressed to embassies, banks etc as requested by employees.
 Prepare monthly insurance report as per request of upper management.
 Manage & prepare End of service benefits of employees i.e indemnity as per Kuwait labor
law.
 Manage and calculate Annual leave of the employees as per Kuwait Labor Law.
 Monitor the employees attendance sheets, cross-checking absences against supporting documents (leave, medical reports).
 Calculate Leave amount & Indemnity as per Kuwait Labor Law.
 Preparing report of employee’s performance in front of Manager.
 Calculating & recording sickness payments and processing time sheets.
 Ensure all temporary & permanent staff is paid on time.
 Maintaining accurate records of sick/maternity/parental leave.
 Process monthly payroll, ensuring timely payment of salaries & entitlement.
 Responsible for checking, updating and uploading of any management approved bonuses and increments.

 Resolves employee discrepancies with payroll, leave, job titles, etc.
 Prepare Final settlement i.e. indemnity for employees as per Kuwait labor law.
 Calculate leave passage encashment as per the adopted procedures.
 Responsible for checking, updating and uploading of any management approved bonuses and increments.
 Compile accurate payroll data each month to facilitate monthly transfer; ensure all approved amendments as received from concerned personnel are reflected in employee payroll data, including: Social securities, Allowance, deductions and salary adjustments.
 Manage and administer leave of all employees including processing of leave benefit settlement of staff proceeding on annual leave and tallying of leave accrued, end of services leave applied vs. leave taken etc.
 Collect, compile and process all payroll data to ensure receipt of salaries by all employees of the allocated units.
 Preparing and submitting Employee Headcount report, workmen compensation and group life insurance annexure report on periodic basis to HR Manager.
 Review and validate all payroll data prior to submitting for approval; correct any payroll discrepancies where necessary and submit final prepared payroll report to the manager for approval.
 Making sure that any promotions, and pay rises take effect as planned.
