Approve loans within specified limits, and refer loan applications outside those limits to management for approval.
• Meet with applicants to obtain information for loan applications and to answer questions about the process
• Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine feasibility of granting loans.
• Explain to customers the different types of loans and credit options that are available, as well as the terms of those services.
• Obtain and compile copies of loan applicants' credit histories, corporate financial statements, and other financial information.
• Work with clients to identify their financial goals and to find ways of reaching those goals.
• Confer with underwriters to aid in resolving mortgage application problems.
• Assist customers with routine account-related to financial requests from
the bank .
• Contact customers to fill questionnaire related to Foreign Account Tax
Compliance Act (FATCA Campaign) in order to keep Bank’s Files up to date
with Central Bank standards.
• Cross-sell bank products and services based on customer needs in
accordance with the banks’ program standards.
• Fill customer SMS - alert application in order to notify them while using
any transaction.
• Update the system after signing KYRD papers by the client and insure
from the regular signature.
• Check the client’s information using Know Your Customer System (KYC -
System )
• Monitor the “bad address and unreachable clients ” report and attempt to
track down customers and obtain updated information.
• Contact customers to obtain necessary signatures on items with missing or
irregular signatures.
• Attend meetings, seminars and programs to learn about new products and services, learn new skills, and receive technical assistance in developing new accounts.
• Calculate premiums and establish payment method.
• Confer with clients to obtain and provide information when claims are made on a policy.
• Contact underwriter and submit forms to obtain binder coverage.
• Customize insurance programs to suit individual customers, often covering a variety of risks.
• Develop marketing strategies to compete with other individuals or companies who sell insurance.
• Ensure that policy requirements are fulfilled, including any necessary medical examinations and the completion of appropriate forms.
• Explain features, advantages and disadvantages of various policies to promote sale of insurance plans
