• Developing business by gaining new contracts, analyzing logistical problems and creating new solutions.
• Prepare and manage logistics budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize costs while maintaining service quality.
• Establish and maintain relationships with logistics service providers, negotiate contracts
• Maintained daily communication with suppliers and Freight Forwarders to ensure timely deliveries.

• Focusing in Iraq business as a public & tenders’ shipment for Ministry of Health (LC shipments).
• Working closely with suppliers to improve operations and reduce cost.
• Depth knowledge in Iraq land-fright shipments and customs clearance process in Umm Qassr port.
• Preparing shipping documents and official transactions from governmental departments .

• Working on all freight products; Airfreight, Seafreight and land freight (Import & Export)
• Controlling import operations directly with agents and cross booking airfreight shipments.
• Manage and pricing all clients’ inquiries for their import, export and clearance issues.
• Handle and resolve customers’ complaints

• Answer contact center calls, attend to customers issues, and ensure customers satisfaction according to the contact center guidelines.
• Responsible for answering and solving customers’ inquiries, through managing the VIP call center.
• Support Help Desk division with solving customer issues.
