- Structured the Marketing & Events department.
- Successfully launched the Saudi-US Investment Forum in Washington DC as the largest event outside of Saudi Arabia orchestrated by SAGIA. The event was attended by His Majesty King Salman at dinner.
- Successfully lead a team of 450 to launch the 9th Global Competitiveness Forum 2016, which broke the historical record of attendees for this annual event; and submitted the GCF manual and guidelines to replicate and grow the future events.
Lead the production of the business plan for the construction of the KACARE physical city, a SAR 27 Billion development project.
- Introduced the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to the IDB Group in a joint-effort to launch a $200 million undisclosed initiative.
- Wrote the white paper on the creation of the world's first Trade Competitiveness Index. (Approved in 2014)
- Lead the development of a complete ERP financial solution through SAP to handle both Government and Non-Government financing activities.
- Developed the Private Sector Relations unit (PSR) that combines the power of both Public and Private sectors through leveraging the service portfolio capabilities we provide and complementing the Private Sector's healthy growth. This unit was able to generate revenues exceeding SR 30 million in its first six months of operation.
- Lead simultaneous roles alongside CFO in: Head of SAGIA Funds Initiative, and Head of Finance Sector, as well as the PSR mentioned above.
- Facilitation of General Partners and Fund Managers to launch sector specific funds through the SAGIA Fund's Initiative, launching a total of $1.5 billion funds during 2007 alone, and closing $795 million dollars in commitments in one year. The total value of the funds launched by this unit is $2.3 billion.
- Recipient of the CFO Middle East Award 2008.
* Delivered on a number of Private Placements, where during my final project I completed a SR 1.2 billion education corporation placement.
* Developed an in-depth knowledge of the following sectors:
- Insurance Industries
- Financial industries
- Industrial & Petrochemical industries
- Retail & fashion industries

* Initiated a special induction program for newly joined Saudi employees. I have also initiated special training sessions for Saudi employees in order to increase their technical know-how in the financial industry. This helped bring down the Saudi employee regrettable turnover rate to 0%.
* I Was the second employee to join the Financial Advisory department, creating a team of two and a manager that lasted throughout my stay at KPMG. Through this team, we were able to triple our revenues in one year.
* Delivered a number of valuations and factual memorandums for companies that range between SR 50 million to SR 1 billion in turnover value.
