• Coordinate health and safety initiatives, including training programs, emergency preparedness, and compliance with regulations.
• Prepare HR-related reports and analytics, providing insights to management for decision-making purposes.
• Maintain and update company policy documents, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and best practices.
