 Coordinate with recruitment agencies, conduct interviews and short list candidates.
 Offer Letters, Reference Checks, and other formalities.
 On Boarding and Induction of New Hires across all levels. Prepare and update the Induction kit
 Coordinating with the PRO to complete joining formalities.
 Handling all visa and MOL documents for employees through PRO.

Policies and Procedures:
 Formulating HR Policies and building forms as per Company requirements; yearly review and sign off of company policies through higher management.
 Worked and signed off the Employee Handbook along with the HR Manager.
 Aware and well informed on UAE Labour laws and policies.
 Monitoring strict adherence to Company policies by employees.

HR Database through HRMS System:
 Built an HR Database and maintained the same for the Affiliate.
 Maintain personnel files online and handling all filing of HR documents related to visas, salary,
promotions, tickets, leave, etc.
 Separation Formalities: Coordinating for complete handovers, asset recovery and final settlement
calculations.
 Insurance: Finalizing on the insurance provider & coverage, handling cards & claims for all employees.
 Document Handling: Trade License, Tenancy Agreements, Warehouse Agreements, Vehicle related
documents, etc.
