Recruitment & On Boarding:
Coordinate with recruitment agencies, conduct interviews and short list candidates.
Offer Letters, Reference Checks, and other formalities.
On Boarding and Induction of New Hires across all levels. Prepare and update the Induction kit
Coordinating with the PRO to complete joining formalities.
Handling all visa and MOL documents for employees through PRO.
Policies and Procedures:
Formulating HR Policies and building forms as per Company requirements; yearly review and sign off of company policies through higher management.
Worked and signed off the Employee Handbook along with the HR Manager.
Aware and well informed on UAE Labour laws and policies.
Monitoring strict adherence to Company policies by employees.
HR Database through HRMS System:
Built an HR Database and maintained the same for the Affiliate.
Maintain personnel files online and handling all filing of HR documents related to visas, salary,
promotions, tickets, leave, etc.
Separation Formalities: Coordinating for complete handovers, asset recovery and final settlement
calculations.
Insurance: Finalizing on the insurance provider & coverage, handling cards & claims for all employees.
Document Handling: Trade License, Tenancy Agreements, Warehouse Agreements, Vehicle related
documents, etc.
• Manage calendar for Managing Director.
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
• Run company’s errands to post office and office supply store.
• Answer calls from customers regarding their inquiries.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails.
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers.
• Maintain office supplies for department.
• Administration and execution of HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Compensation & Benefits, Payroll Administration, Performance Review, Training & Development, Employee Relations and Orientation Program.
• Liaising with relevant authorities to ensure company’s compliance with local Labour Laws and related statutory requirements.
• Attend to all employees’ queries pertaining to HR policies & procedures.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management.
• Assisting the Manager for the new visa process, visa cancellation, etc. with JAFZA and medical appointments for the new employees.
• Arranging annual tickets for the employees.
• Prepare the full and final documents for JAFZA.
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Assist in resolving admin / HR related issues with senior management.
