• Responsible in handling the entire HR recruitment functions (Labor & Staff) of UAE region by filling up the vacancies as per the Manpower requisition raised by various departments.
• Sourcing of CVs from various job portals and other social media .
• Maintains HR records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases;tracking vacation, sick and personal time .
• Responsible for Collaborating with consultants, HOD’s and other human resources staff to ensure a smooth sourcing and hiring process.
• Responsible for issuing letters of appointment, transfer, secondment, suspension, dismissal and such other related human resources issues for staff.
• Ensure all required approvals and checklist is complete in all respect before offers are made.
• Negotiate offers between hiring managers, suppliers (where relevant) and candidates, assisting in the negotiation of release dates and backfill requirements where applicable.
• To establish competitive, effective total reward packages in line with budgets and company policies.
• Coordinate timely provision of feedback between the hiring manager, consultant (where relevant) and candidates. Responsible for updating interview notes in Interview tracker and ensuring timely and appropriate completion of the same by co-interviewers.
• Ensure pre-employment checks are completed in line with company minimum standards.
• Work with HOD’s and Government Relations team to plan end of assignment decisions, and implement accordingly.
• Responsible for all the Pre and Post joining formalities for the New employees.
• Orients new employees by providing orientation information packets;reviewing company policies.
• Creation and Updation of Job Descriptions for each and every position in all the divisions and departments.
• Tracking of Probation Assessment for all the New employees with proper feedback from the buddy’s and HOD’s .
• Effectively collaborate with, and respond to, colleagues, candidates, and consultants, building sustainable relationships, setting and managing expectations clearly.
• Creation of Candidates Active Databank recording all relevant details associated to job requisitions and candidates in a timely manner, ensuring applicants are categorized effectively in the CV database
• Responsible for reviewing, benchmarking and optimizing the companies C&B strategies and for providing competitive information on reward packages in line with market practice.
• Responsible for the regular review of the benefits and for ensuring that these are cost effective and of value to the employees.
