Manage allocated budget and expenditures in order to optimize and reduce cost
Manages activities in the information technology procurement function. Ensures products and services are purchased in the most cost- and time-efficient manner.
Monitor the systems’ functioning and network stability and take necessary measures to prevent system failure, while keeping track of deployed software
Carry out functional supervisory responsibilities that include planning and assigning tasks, setting
deadlines, monitoring results and quality and relying on team's request to the hierarchy
Coordinate activates with externals solution providers, network services or other information systems Groups
Install and configure specified software packages such as operating systems, business applications, and other office tools, and handle relevant maintenance and troubleshooting

Supervise the work of the IT team when responding to users’ inquiries, and provide optimized solutions to system and software operations

- Handle the Back Office's servers Maintenance and support in terms of Backup strategy, Tape library, Microsoft Exchange and Active Directory.
-Manage and administrate company’s VOIP through Cisco Call Manager
-Manage the new openings for the stores starting from setting the IT’s necessities and requirements till guaranteeing a smooth opening.
-Provide technical expertise in the troubleshooting of wide area network outages, act as a liaison between Telco, support vendor, and branch offices to meet the business needs.
