Current Job Profile:
• Collecting important news reports from KSA, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman & Kuwait and making summary and report to the Department manager and company managing director daily basis.
• Translating all official letters from Government of Saudi Arabia, industrial and legal documents from Arabic to English and English to Arabic to meet daily requirements.
• Doing admin jobs to issue employment letters, salary certificates in both English & Arabic language, and interviewing new candidates where Arabic language is required.
• Attending all of our Sales and Marketing department’s meeting, top level managerial meetings with our clients such Aramco Saudi Arabia etc. and making meeting summary and report to the department manager and MD.
• Providing Induction & Soft Skills trainings to our new staffs in both Arabic and English language as per requirement.
• Also Teaching Arabic language to our all Korean Staffs including our company Managing Director.
Job Profile:
• Teaching and training of spoken English & Arabic language including grammars to students from different Schools and colleges 3 days in a week.
• Providing Soft Skills training to for students and professionals 3 days in a week and 2 hours per batch.
• Worked as a computer / IT trainer on various computer courses including, Web Designing & Development, Graphic Designing, MS Office, Windows, CorelDraw, Adobe Flash and Dreamweaver, cPanel, InPage, Typing and much more.
My Job Profile: Most of my duties are related to Training and teaching of Process, procedures and Construction English language to Labors and Staffs of Baraka Nuclear Power Plant and translation of all training materials into Bengali, Hindi, Urdu and Arabic languages. And maintain all staffs and workers record as per company’s training policy etc.
Also teaching Communicative English language to non-English Speaking workers.
I provide training to all new comer staffs and workers of BNNP project daily basis. My training tittle is 1.Indoctrination & Training: in this training program I discuss on 5 important topics, are (a) Site Regulations, (b) Material Controls, (c) Introduction to BNPP system and construction overview, (d) Codes, CPs, Procedures, & (e) Quality programs.2.Training for HSJV Staff with less nuclear experiences, topics are: (a) Nuclear systems(b) PPM(Project Procedures Manual), (c) Construction status, (d) General Construction Techniques, these trainings are required only 10 days in a month 3. Regular Training for workers, topics are: (a) Nuclear systems and construction planning and scheduling (b)Construction Management (c)Quality - QA program, etc (d) Major Construction Techniques: - CPs, WPP/QCIs, etc (e) Lessons Learned, these training are provided 10 days in a month.
Some other specific workers and special workers training I provide some times when required.
All these trainings I provide in English, Hindi/Urdu, Bengali and Arabic languages.
I was the responsible for designing the language teaching materials, specially Arabic & English language. Same time I was teaching both languages and other Islamic subjects at the academy.
M.B.A in Human Resource Management & Safety Management from ISBM Kolkata branch.
I am doing Master TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) course from London, UK in Online Mode. I will finish this course by end of next August.
