Client Care
• I provide market expertise to help manage expectations on budget and criteria needed to fill vacancies.
• I seek to understand client preferences in candidate profiles.
• I support the client approval process ensuring candidates are well prepared for interviews and engage mock interviews where appropriate.
• I visit projects regularly to understand the environment, observe the dynamics on site, establish myself as the expert, support Hiring Managers face to face & connect with various stakeholders.
• I consult and lead best practices in talent acquisition to increase efficiencies in the hiring process.

proposals and business development
• I offer market intelligence in relation to salary rates and benefits, projects ending or being awarded, redundancies being made, employment perks on offer and candidate referrals or recommendations.
• I proactively supply qualified and vetted profiles for proposals across the KSA prioritizing internal talent for all positions
• I know the prospective projects we are targeting to win enabling me to secure key talent in advance.

 People and Culture - mobility
• I collaborate with business leads and support services.
• I build effective relationships with key experts in our core areas of business.
• I am accountable for ensuring a positive experience for all candidates interested in WSP whether their application is successful or not.

Operational Excellence - systems and process
• I am responsible for uploading and maintaining data on talent acquisition systems.
• I ensure the established recruiting processes are followed to safeguard consistent, effective, efficient delivery.
• I provide guidance and training for new Hiring Managers.

Responsibilities
HRBP & Talent Acquisition:
• Assist the directors in department restructures, workforce planning, identifying the high potentials, supporting their career advancement, succession planning
• Develop a sustainable talent acquisition and hiring plans and strategies (Nationalization & Expat)
• Perform full cycle recruitment to fill high profile positions
• Take steps to ensure positive candidate experience
• Making final hiring decisions and designing competitive offer packages

Mobilization & Onboarding:
• Act as the single point of contact for all new hires from the moment they sign their employment offer until after they've joined Omrania and settled into their new role
• Assist the new joiner with all necessary document attestation processes in their home country
• Coordinate with local agencies to assist, where necessary. Explain thoroughly the visa process in the KSA.
• Coordinate with personnel team for all labor contract submissions & coordination
• Confirm joining date with new hires, update relevant parties and Line Manager
• Coordinate with IT team to ensure timely ordering and setup of IT equipment, employee badge, professional photo etc.
• Coordinate travel arrangements with personnel team, ensure accommodation is arranged, airport transfers etc.
• Update HR team with joining information of new hire, ensure correct cost-center, location, Line Manager etc. is received
• Ensure 'Day 1' readiness in terms of logistics, induction, meet & greets, office/site tours etc.
• Coordinate with personnel team to ensure visa, medical or sponsorship transfer processes are arranged
• Provide ongoing assistance and guidance to the new joiner, helping them get settled both personally and professionally as fast as possible
